Narc Free Living was developed from personal experience and understanding that abuse is debilitating, embarrassing, and isolating. No more! We understand that survivors should not bear the guilt and shame projected on them by abusers, flying monkeys, and emotionally unsafe people. We are committed to creating safe spaces on our social media platforms and via one-on-one & group coaching sessions. Our apparel line highlights key terms with our unique flair. Survivors know them all too well and they realize they are not alone!
Abuse affects all walks of life. It transcends race, gender, socio, and economic classes. Abuse is a single or repeated act, or lack of appropriate action, occurring within any relationship where there is an expectation of trust, which causes harm or distress to a person. This type of violence constitutes a violation of human rights and includes physical, sexual, psychological, and emotional abuse; financial, spiritual, and material abuse; abandonment; neglect; and serious loss of dignity and respect.
Many victims do not know that they are in abusive relationships – whether it be family, intimate partner relationships, work associates, or friendships. They mistakenly believe they are powerless and remain fearful of a defeated enemy. Narc Free Living assists to identify red flags and helps formulate strategic tactics to recognize, heal, and overcome abusive relationships from a spiritual perspective. Narc Free Living, LLC was founded by Shannon Savoy, a passionate survivor, leader, and spiritual warrior. Shannon retired from the U.S. Army in 2017 as a Commissioned Officer, achieving the rank of Chief Warrant Officer Four. She proudly and distinctly served 23 years as an Information Management Officer, specializing in IT Project Management. Shannon holds an undergraduate degree in Information Systems Management (IT). She is currently pursuing her Graduate degree in Organizational Leadership.
With a heart of gold and a love for people, Shannon is walking in her divine purpose and living life well after escaping narcissist abuse & breaking the chains of a toxic family system enmeshed with the Jezebel spirit. Through the anointing of the Holy Spirit, she empowers others to break the chains of narcissistic abuse.
