  • Buy yourself flowers 💐and if you are up to it, send them to yourself!
  • Take a walk in the park (if it’s not too cold, or bundle up) 👟
  • Have a date with God  🍝
  • Journal – Here are a few writing prompts:

  2. Five ways that I can show love to myself:

  • Remind yourself that you are fearfully & wonderfully made 🤞🏽
  • Take a break from social media  (especially on days like such)🔌
  • Listen to music & dance like no one is watching 💃🏾
  • Treat yourself to a  movie & dinner or invite friends (You are great company, don’t you know?)❤️
  • Do something you love to do (that is healthy), but have not done it in a while. 🤔
  • Write your inner child a love letter 💌
  • Look into the mirror and say 1-3 positive affirmations!
  1. I deserve a peaceful and loving life.
  2. Today, and every day, I choose joy.
  3. I am proud of myself.
