YouTube Live Stream! Spiritual ICU: Healing In The Wilderness After Narcissist Abuse
What is the Spiritual Intensive Care Unit (ICU)?
Spiritual ICU is a place every survivor that CHOOSES to go through God’s healing process must pass through for true healing.
When you are affected by narcissist abuse, your world as you know it is no more. It’s time to go from wounded to warriors. This IS a BATTLEFIELD.
Join me LIVE Saturday, March 12th at 1pm CST. I won’t be on Clubhouse next week but I WILL be live this Saturday.
In this live stream, I’ll address:
- What is the healing process after narcissist abuse? What are the signs that you are healing?
- Demonic systems
- Healing process
- Battlefield of the mind
- God’s battle plan
- How we armor up!
- The Lord is a man of war: the Lord is his name. Exodus 15:3
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed. Luke 4:18
For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ! 2 Corinthians 10:3-5
Feeling stuck? Ready to break the chains of narcissist abuse? Are you experiencing demonic attacks? Schedule a call today! Go here to learn more: https://narcfreeliving.com/services/

Going No Contact | Interview with Shannon Savoy | Daughters Healing from Narcissistic Abuse
Narcissistic Parents | The Deadly Duo of Jezebel & Ahab
If you missed it, watch the replay on Narcissistic Parents: The Deadly Duo of Jezebel & Ahab. This leads right into the conversation with Dani Ellison of Ellison INK. Details below.
What are a few signs of a narcissistic parent?
- Narcissistic parents are not capable of unconditional love. A child is not loved for just being themselves but for what they do for the family or how good they make the parents look.
- They infantile or parentify their children & assign the child(ren) roles based on the child & their abilities, looks, or talents. They feel threatened by their own offspring.
- They lack emotional support & have a lack of empathy and are emotionally neglectful. If their child brings an issue to them, only their point of view matters.
- They take little or no accountability for their lives & play the victim to situations they create while blaming others.
- Whether passive-aggressive or overt, they use superficial charm, victimhood, guilt, shame, & condemnation, money, etc., to control & coerce.
- Remember you are not your parents. You can heal, validate, & reparent yourself.

Pink Girl Teaches Podcast: Derailed By Commitment w/Shannon Savoy
Derailed By Commitment
Have you ever committed to something or someone and realized that there would never be a return on your investment? Your time investment and heart posture towards that person or thing. You never experience your desired fulfillment, yet your commitment to that thing or person keeps you stuck? ~ Pink Girl Teaches Podcast
Many yearn for that rare love that society and culture say does not exist, and when they examine their dating and relationship history, they can be deceived to believe this to be true. It’s a fallacy to accept that faithfulness, integrity, humility, and truthfulness cannot be found in one person. It’s time to get naked and unashamed with your truth, consider what is leading your decisions and become fully visible to yourself. You most definitely can experience a love that will honor and cherish you.
Shannon Savoy, Narc Free Living LLC CEO, joins @Pink Girl Teaches Founder, Joy Mpezeni for a very upfront and candid conversation.

Who’s The Narcissist? A Chain Breaker VIP member video
Who’s the narcissist?
How do we discern who is who?
The narcissist is playing the victim.
The victim is trying to come to terms with what has happened to them.
The narcissist is trying to get your friends & circle to turn against you. The narcissist is claiming the target is bitter, wants them back, or is trying to tear the “family.”
The narcissist smearing your name to anyone who will listen.
The target is trying to figure out & discern who they can trust.
The narcissist does absolutely zero inner reflecting (they cannot). They change nothing but their victims & personality to assimilate.
The victim as they heal becomes more focused on inner healing & getting to the root.
The narcissist does not attend therapy unless it’s a last-ditch effort to lure the victim back in, recommended by their attorney, court-ordered by a judge, etc.
The target may attend therapy, counseling, coaching as they try to heal & overcome narcissist abuse. What else would you add?
Let’s break those chains. ⛓

Shoutout HTX Magazine Feature: Shannon Savoy
We had the good fortune of connecting with Shannon Savoy and we’ve shared our conversation & interview below.
Hi Shannon, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Why did I start this business? To help others understand that if I can make it out, so can they. If I can not only live but thrive after abuse, they can too. Even as I went through domestic abuse, I knew then that I would do whatever I could to help others that are in abuse. I also help those who are out of abuse, because the abuse & the implications do not stop once the victim leaves. So we formulate effective strategies through one-on-one coaching, group coaching, support groups.I am a survivor of domestic violence (interpersonal violence). I am also a survivor of narcissistic family enmeshment, sexual, physical, emotional, and psychological abuse. These experiences help me to understand firsthand how damaging narcissistic abuse can be. I am able to truly relate on every level with survivors.
-Narcissist abuse affects over 158 million people.
-1 in 4 women (24.3%) and 1 in 7 men (13.8%) aged 18 and older in the US have been the victim of severe physical violence by an intimate partner in their lifetime.
-Intimate partner violence alone affects more than 12 million people every year.
(Source: https://www.thehotline.org/stakeholders/domestic-violence-statistics/)With such high numbers, I believe we should be discussing abuse & prevention much more. Abuse affects all socioeconomic demographics, cultures, races, and places. My goal is to educate and help those who are in these situations to get out safely.
What sets Narc Free Living apart is that I take a holistic coaching approach to overcome abuse. Along with my client’s therapist, I help them formulate their healing team (A-Team). We address the psychological, emotional, physical, financial, sexual, and spiritual aspects of abuse. I help them through rumination, stuck points, isolation, and the pain of abuse.

About Shoutout HTX
Every day we ask our contributors and interviewees questions designed to spark meaningful conversations. We ask questions about life, work, love, parenting, finances, and more. Questions like how you think about risk-taking, work-life balance, or online dating. We ask entrepreneurs why they started their business and we ask artists what their work is inspired by.
We think meaningful conversations are at the heart of community building. We also think every voice matters and that these conversations shouldn’t be led by billionaires, media elites, or celebrities. We feel it’s far more relevant to hear from the folks who make up the fabric of our communities – small business owners, mom-and-pops, and independent artists and creatives.
Shoutout HTX is part of the Los Angeles-based Voyage Group of Magazines and our flagship publication, VoyageLA was started in 2015. Since then we’ve grown to almost a dozen cities, generated millions of page views, and helped tens of thousands of entrepreneurs and creatives share their stories. Along the way we’ve built a vibrant and highly engaged community and Shoutout is about giving that community an opportunity to go beyond stories. By focusing on topics that are relevant to almost everyone we hope to inspire important conversations within the community and do so in a way that puts artists, creatives, and local businesses at the center of these conversations.
Our mission is to help change the way people spend money. We want people to spend more of their money with mom-and-pops, small businesses, independent artists, and creatives. We think one of the most powerful ways to do that is by putting small business owners and creatives at the center of discussions designed to spark conversation within the community.
