- Buy yourself flowers 💐and if you are up to it, send them to yourself!
- Take a walk in the park (if it’s not too cold, or bundle up) 👟
- Have a date with God 🍝
- Journal – Here are a few writing prompts:
- I feel loved when _________
- Five ways that I can show love to myself:
- Love is ___________
- Remind yourself that you are fearfully & wonderfully made 🤞🏽
- Take a break from social media (especially on days like such)🔌
- Listen to music & dance like no one is watching 💃🏾
- Treat yourself to a movie & dinner or invite friends (You are great company, don’t you know?)❤️
- Do something you love to do (that is healthy), but have not done it in a while. 🤔
- Write your inner child a love letter 💌
- Look into the mirror and say 1-3 positive affirmations!
- I deserve a peaceful and loving life.
- Today, and every day, I choose joy.
- I am proud of myself.
