Narcissistic Parents | The Deadly Duo of Jezebel & Ahab

If you missed it, watch the replay on Narcissistic Parents: The Deadly Duo of Jezebel & Ahab. This leads right into the conversation with Dani Ellison of Ellison INK. Details below.

What are a few signs of a narcissistic parent?

    • Narcissistic parents are not capable of unconditional love. A child is not loved for just being themselves but for what they do for the family or how good they make the parents look.
    • They infantile or parentify their children & assign the child(ren) roles based on the child & their abilities, looks, or talents. They feel threatened by their own offspring.
    • They lack emotional support & have a lack of empathy and are emotionally neglectful. If their child brings an issue to them, only their point of view matters.
    • They take little or no accountability for their lives & play the victim to situations they create while blaming others.
    • Whether passive-aggressive or overt, they use superficial charm, victimhood, guilt, shame, & condemnation, money, etc., to control & coerce.
    • Remember you are not your parents. You can heal, validate, & reparent yourself.

We talk about it ALL! ❤️‍🩹

    • Why go no contact?
    • How do you process the emotions?
    • How do you handle narc sympathizers, flying monkeys, & enablers?
    • What happens when a narcissistic parent gets ill or passes away?
    • What lessons can we learn from the movie, Mommy Dearest?
    • And most importantly, how do we heal & reparent ourselves as adults?

Tune into the video premiere Sunday at 1 pm CST on March 6th! We’ll be able to watch & comment together. 🔥
