For I have come to ‘set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law’; and a man’s enemies will be those of his own household.” These words completely undermine the concept of household salvation. Matthew 10:34-36

How Narcissistic Parents Groom You For Future Narcissistic Relationships!
Narcissistic parents can often groom their children for future narcissistic relationships by modeling unhealthy behaviors and manipulating their children’s emotions and self-esteem. Here are some common ways that narcissistic parents may groom their children for future narcissistic relationships:
- Emotional manipulation: Narcissistic parents may use guilt, shame, or other emotional tactics to control their children and make them feel responsible for their parents’ emotions.
- Invalidating feelings: Narcissistic parents may dismiss or belittle their children’s feelings, making it difficult for them to trust their own emotions in future relationships.
- Overprotection: Narcissistic parents may try to control every aspect of their children’s lives, creating a sense of dependency that can carry over into future relationships.
- Idealization and devaluation: Narcissistic parents may alternate between treating their children as perfect and special, and then devaluing them and making them feel worthless. This can create a pattern of seeking approval and validation from others in future relationships.
- Lack of boundaries: Narcissistic parents may not respect their children’s boundaries or personal space, which can make it difficult for their children to establish healthy boundaries in future relationships.
- Gaslighting: Narcissistic parents may distort or deny their children’s reality, making it difficult for them to trust their own perceptions and judgments in future relationships.
It is important to recognize these patterns and work to break free from them in order to establish healthy relationships in the future. This can involve setting boundaries, addressing past trauma, and developing a sense of self-worth and confidence.

Red Flags In Relationships!
Narcissistic relationships can be emotionally abusive and harmful to one’s mental health. Here are some red flags to look out for in a narcissistic relationship:
- Love-bombing: A narcissist may shower you with affection and attention in the beginning of the relationship, but this can be a tactic to manipulate and control you.
- Gaslighting: A narcissist may deny your reality, making you question your own memory and perception of events.
- Blame-shifting: A narcissist may blame you for their mistakes or problems in the relationship, refusing to take responsibility for their actions.
- Manipulation: A narcissist may use emotional manipulation to control and coerce you into doing what they want.
- Lack of empathy: A narcissist may have difficulty understanding or caring about your feelings and needs.
- Controlling behavior: A narcissist may try to control who you spend time with, what you wear, or where you go.
- Criticism and insults: A narcissist may belittle and criticize you, undermining your self-esteem and making you feel unworthy.
- Anger and aggression: A narcissist may become angry or aggressive when their needs are not met or when they feel threatened.
- Boundary violations: A narcissist may ignore or violate your boundaries, not respecting your personal space or privacy.
- Entitlement: A narcissist may feel entitled to your time, attention, and affection, and may become angry or resentful if they don’t get what they want.
If you are experiencing any of these red flags in your relationship, it is important to seek support from friends, family, or a therapist or Chain Breaker University. Consider ending the relationship if it is emotionally abusive or harmful to your well-being. Yes, even IF it is family!
It’s time to level up! Feeling stuck? Ready to break the chains of narcissist abuse? Are you experiencing demonic attacks? Let’s break those chains. Register today!

Narcissists & Cognitive Dissonance
Cognitive dissonance is a psychological term used to describe the discomfort or tension that arises from holding two or more conflicting beliefs, values, or attitudes. It is the feeling of mental discomfort that occurs when a person’s beliefs, attitudes, or behaviors are inconsistent with one another. When a victim of abuse believes that abuse is wrong but stays in abusive situations. They may experience cognitive dissonance because their belief and behavior are not aligned, and they may try to reduce the dissonance by changing their beliefs, compromising their sanity, or finding other ways to rationalize the abuser’s behavior.A Double-Minded Man Is Unstable In All Thy Ways…Check out: Separating Your Feelings & Emotions From The Narcissists
